I offer, interesting and inspiring classes, keeping yoga real. You will be encouraged to get curious about your practice in a safe easy space. Classes are inclusive and accessible. Taught in a professional, considered and intelligent way. I will hold space for you to explore your bodies range of movement and over time allow you to reconnect with your true essence. Combining a mix of traditional poses, interwoven with somatic movement. I empower you to get curious about your bodies movement patterns and consistent practice overtime will allow you to release built up muscle tension and increase your range of movement.
Personal tuition also available.
Yoga is an investment in yourself. Classes are £8 per class, when booked, taken and paid for, in a four weekly continuous block. Yoga is my profession and therefore, my policy is if you are unable to attend a session, you can join another class, in that week. Drop in options are available at £10. I desire for yoga to be available to all. Please talk to me in confidence, if experiencing financial difficulties.
Payment is by cash or direct bank payment.
One to one sessions are priced at £30 per 45minutes, and are held in my own yoga space. I can come to you by arrangement.(Additional charge applies for time/mileage)

What to bring to class
- A mat. One can be borrowed initially, but I encourage you to buy your own.
- A blanket.
- A cushion, or block to sit upon.
- An open mind.
- Mats, blocks, bricks, belts and bolsters can be purchased directly from me at very reasonable prices.
Wear comfortable clothes, loose fitting is good. I recommend layers, you can get warm practicing and equally in relaxation, your body temperature does drop, as part of the relaxation process.
