Emma's classes offer a calm, relaxing and reflective environment. Emma has enabled me to develop, practice and progress my yoga practice, using deep breathing techniques, comprehensive guidance and demonstrations. The class can be a blend of relaxation, mindfulness and personal challenges. At the end of the class, I feel calm and tranquil, in fact I'm always pleased that my heart rate (bpm) is much slower.

I have done yoga for many years with a variety of teachers and styles. Emma is an approachable and patient yoga teacher who carefully warms us up at the beginning of a class and cools us down at the end. She incorporates plenty of stretches to loosen and balance our bodies and I really enjoy her classes.
